At ALC Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, sealed condition. Please note that opened media and limited edition releases are final sale to ensure the integrity of our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your vinyl or merchandise in its original shipping mailer or a sturdy equivalent to prevent any warping or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item to confirm it is unopened and undamaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
